hotel staff is very rude and no service at all from there side , I had a many bag When I reached to the hotel I request to take my bags to the room they directly said no and say we don't have service take your bag own and no water bottle service they charge for each bottle and their cleanliness service is very poor clean the room once in a 3 days and saying "we save water by doing this"any logic is this guest staying in a dirty room and they are living in their own dreams , total cleanliness staff they had only two this is the reason they can't clean the room everyday. Breakfast is also very third class and never they accepted that our breakfast is not according To you please tell me what can I do, against it they saying we can make this type of breakfast only if you want you can have your breakfast outside and room service is also very very bad I asked for the towel as they don't clean the room everyday so at call they are saying come to the reception and take your towel we don't have any service to the room. According to me never ever stay in this hotel and pictures they show in Google are also fake , room are very very tiny

Breakfast spread is v good . rooms are as shown in pic and comfortable. Service is average. Location is good but the grab often doesn't take bookings for the city from here , hence gave one star less. Children's play area is closed early for outsiders as well as for hotel guests and thus could not explore, hence a star less

The place is near the mall and has a walkway so you will not be having a hard time going in the mall. We just encountered one problem during the check in since we used the kiosk for automated check in. The hotel looks old but the rooms are really spacious and affordable. The food is pricey but delicious. The staff are also accomodating.

Awful stay at this hotel! The first thing that catches your eye is the age of the building. Half-worn carpets in the room seem to be collecting hairs, dirt, and dust as part of a bizarre experiment. The aroma of these carpets is a true challenge for your nostrils! The breakfasts leave much to be desired – tasteless and monotonous, as if prepared without any attention to quality. The staff is completely uninterested in your comfort. The service is so low that even the phone in the room doesn't work, forcing you to go to the reception in search of help. Moreover, cleaning is done every three days, as if cleanliness is not part of their motto. There are hotels you want to return to, but this is definitely not the case! I will never choose this hotel again. P.S. Staying at this hotel is a real ordeal, emphasizing that there are places you want to run away from, not return to.

Initially we were given a room on the 4th floor. We arrived at midnight extremely tired. Room was stinking of bad food. Hair on the floor. Dirty towels in cupboard. Weird smudges on bathroom walls. Bathroom sink and shower was full of mould. No hot water. Reception said they will send up cleaner but did not as obviously no cleaners are available at that time... I was so upset I would've checked out immediately. The next morning my agent tried very hard to get things sorted. It was like pulling teeth dealing with them. Manager looked like he just got off the playstation couch. Very unprofessional. We ended up getting a new room. 23rd floor. Huge difference. Above the 10th floor the hotel changes completely. Rooms are good. Clean. Modern. We didn't have much problems thereafter. Location was good. Relatively central. So if you stay here, make sure u get a room on a higher floor. They keep the lower floors for the roaches. Also they have the worst breakfast. Very little variety. Quality is poor.
