Good location and customer service. Found the room and housing keeping neat. Breakfast menu can be improved but did find a really good Green curry fried rice at their restaurant.

Nice hotel and location, but poor cleanliness. Even the water smells. The breakfast was awful. It provides such bad value for money that I won't be coming back nor recommending it.

The hotel was quiet but the surrounding area has something to offer. There were plenty of decent eateries and coffee places. Price wise is a bit from median to expensive. But it was worth the money spent.

It's an old, tired and should be cheap hotel in a good location with a decent swim pool and small gym, free water in the gym, pool towels are new and clean. Normally I won't stay here if the price is over 30 pounds per night, it's high season now and I paid 35 pounds no breakfast to stay alone and they upgraded me to a very big room on 11th floor, so no complaints at all. Staff at the restaurant are nice to me, especially the guy with glasses. Doormen were nice too, just the front desk not so enthusiastic for their job, a bit cold, no bad attitudes, just cold to me. I found out a secret that most Chinese looking Thai hotel staffs aren't so friendly in Bangkok not only this hotel but in all hotels I stayed at over 30 hotels. Local Thais are mostly very nice and friendly! Breakfast buffet is only 5 pounds, the chef even cooked pouch eggs and steamed veggies specifically for me, so much appreciated. This in my 5th time staying with Furamaxelusive sathorn, I will definitely come back if the price is good. I love their maids so sweet and nice to me, so I tip them extra, because I have bad allergies so I clean the room with my own hands everyday, keep the room tidy, clean, and hygienic.

I booked this place at the end of December for holiday. Was upgraded. The room has a kitchen (no utensils) and a huge dining table. It has 2 aspects so big windows which lets a lot of light in. The bed is big but the pillows! The pillows.. please don’t use these types of pillows. It’s my second time experiencing this! It’s made of a material which gets very hot and it doesn’t bounce which makes it hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. They only gave 2 pillows. If you put them together they are too high and if only one it’s too low. So I didn’t sleep well the entire time. The furniture in the room needs updating. TV channels is varied! The bathroom is average and comes with shower over the bath tub. There’s daily room cleaning and free coffee and tea with bottle water. It also comes with iron and board, safe, hairdryer. The AC remote in the room doesn’t seem to work but it’s cold enough so I’m not complaining. Although it comes with breakfast I didn’t try it. There’s a small pool and gym with sauna The location is very quiet as it’s on a side street. Next street is Chongnong Si BTS station, there are plenty of places to eat and a 7 Eleven and Boots (24 hours McDonalds) too. It’s about 5-10 mins walk to Silom. Overall it’s in a good location.
