I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and this was by far the nicest. The views are incredible, feels surreal and dreamy. Super relaxing vibe with incredible ambiance. The staff are amazing, catering to our every need momentarily. Vincenzo was especially helpful and we had a fantastic experience with him. Everyone is extremely positive and helpful. Rooms consist of expensive finishes, good quality linen and towels. Everything is beyond comfortable and this hotel definitely meets all luxury standards. Words don’t do this place justice. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect place. Like a dream. Staff was amazing and there for everything we asked. Alfonso, the Restaurant Manager, gave us and incredible dining experience. His service and personality were unlike anything I’ve ever had. Thank you! Our room was upgraded upon arrival at no additional cost. Food was incredible. Spa and massage was amazing. Views like you’ve never seen. Would highly recommend. Will be going back soon!

This hotel recently opened and has a few bugs to work out. The staff is young and inexperienced. There are a few senior staff, but not enough to make up for the inexperience of the staff. As for location it has amazing views but is 30 to 40 minutes away from the coast. The only way to get there is if you have your own car. They advertise a shuttle, but that is very limited and not convenient for times. It only goes to town once in the morning and once in the evening. There was no shuttle to Positano. If you miss the shuttle you will need to hire a taxi for 120 Euros which is outrageous. Hopefully, they can get it together soon. They also have no security at the hotel. Anyone can get onto the property, which was alarming. Our room was huge, but not well decorated or furnished. The room did not have a desk or a table to have coffee. Whoever puts together the decor needs to understand the client's needs. At the price point, you have many other choices. The pool area is more like a resort, but you come to Amalfi for the beach, not the pool. I could stay home and sit but the pool.

Let me begin by saying this is a genuine review. Our family of three from Canada stayed at Furore grand Hotel from Sept 24th - 30th. First thing first the hotel is beyond amazing. We had the best view from our room overlooking the ocean. All of the staff were incredibly amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive every step of the way. The included breakfast was amazing and the restaurants were really good as well. The pools were clean and well kept including the indoor pool and sauna. The only downside was the transfers. It is located in the middle of positano and amalfi. So everytime you had to take a ferry you would have to go either positano or amalfi. They provide shuttle services to and from the cities. But the downside is after 4:30 PM you have to pay 75 euros to come back to your hotel. I wish they had later shuttle pick ups. Other then that probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in and our 4 year daughter who was the frist child to stay in the hotel loved it..everyone became good friends with her...Very Kid Friendly.

We stayed at Furore Grand Hotel for 2 nights on our honeymoon and it was beyond amazing. It totally blew our expectations. The hotel itself is brand new and the set up and pool are so beautiful. We got a free room upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi overlooking the pool. But most importantly the service and the staff were so professional and gracious. From the front desk Vincenzo, to the restaurant manager Alphonso to the Maître D Rafaele, and many more they were all so attentive and provided a 5-star service and experience (worthy of a Michelin experience). We also highly recommend their fine dining restaurant Bluh that exceeded our expectations. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for all the staff for giving us such an amazing experience on our honeymoon.
