Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at Yengice, although there were times when the service made us second guess our choice. The hotel is situated down a really scenic road through the trees and quite secluded and quiet. The pool was quite big and the facilities seemed nice but it has quite an eerie feeling in the basement where all the gym spa and pool facilities are. There was a games room for pool/billiards as well as a small play area for babies.

Hotel interiors are very basic, nice, and spacious. The garden outside is very nice, good for waking and jogging Rooms are big and suitable for families. Spa is big, and their massage is very good However, 1) Room service is very slow 2) Rooms are dirty 3) Bathrooms are not clean, plus no one cleaned the bathrooms during our stay at all 4) Workers don't help or assist without tips, and they ask for tips even before they start providing their services. 5) Food is good but not wow. 6) Only one restaurant, half of the menu is not available all the time. If the hotel wants people to come back, they shall train their staff to be more helpful, professional, they should not ask for tips if their services are bad.

Although the hotel is rated as 5 stars, the service is 1 star! The tv is not working, we booked extra bed it wasn’t there from beginning, majority of the staff are not speaking english! The hotel is tooo hot, one of our rooms has an AC which is not working although we called them many times but they kept saying we fixed it! But its closing suddenly, we asked for room change and they said they dont have? Although the hotel seems empty! Even there is no room service menu! Unfortunately the service needs to be changed because the situation of the hotel is really nice

Very bad hotel, very very very far from city, furniture very old, mattress is too bad, path room very bad nothing working, staff don’t speak either Arabic or english, Room not that much clean, no facilities around hotel, no cafe around or market, no taxi, no transportation, reception is not answering calls The food is very bad and the exhalation smell disgusting
