Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can visit all the sights of Istanbul on foot. Clean rooms and staff willing and polite. The owner is always there and willing to answer anything you ask him. I will definitely go again in the future.

The pictures are totally miss leading. Furniture is wobbly and flimsy, breakfast which was included is not at the restaurant. They never explained it to start with, after asking we understood that we had to request via whatsapp to the room. After 40 min we gave up as we had no response and cancelled. Breakfast was a big selling point for us and we never had one on the four nights we spent there. Which made it disappointing. Location however was great and one of the bedrooms had lovely views to the main street. There was a receptionist who was trying his best to help us, however it was very hard to communicate in a mutual language.

The hotel is situated just a few steps away from Galata Tower and a few meters away from Tamsim square. The staff is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the room and the cleaning is a disaster. We stay for four nights and they didn’t even empty the trash bin. !!!! And of course not even the towels or the linens. We had to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast , although is inching the room rate- is something like “outsourcing “ . You have to go to another restaurant/place 200 m distance from the hotel- we avoided it. It’s really a pitty because of the central situation.

The most horrible stay I have ever had. They gave us a room with stained bed sheets and blankets with someone’s hair in it. Additionally, the carpets were stained and so was the bathtub. The room was covered in cigarette smell. When we complained to them about the bed sheets with hair on it and the blankets, they told us that they are clean even though it had stains. Later they changed the sheets and the blankets and the new blankets also had someone’s hair on it. Property images are very misleading. Very small rooms We had booked this hotel with MakeMyTrip and tried to contact their support, but their support wasn’t working. After checking out and reaching back home, I called MakeMyTrip and gave them the description as well, however, they didn’t assist at all. So wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel and wouldn’t recommend using MakeMyTrip. Also, if you are planning to go here to explore Istanbul, wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast at this hotel as it doesn’t start before 9 am. Please check the passport copies that you have and you will find my name in your booking list. So if you want to proceed with legal action, please do as it will help us only.
