Galeria rooms are great in so many ways. There qre just two little things, details, that i would improve. There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for a 5 day stay, and since it was a work stay and i wasnt able to reach the reception due to work, this was awkward. Also, the coffee and tea provided was for like a day. So please, refill or don't bother at all.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel: the central heating didn't work and they didn't gave us the air con remote control to be able to turn the hot air on so we were quite cold during our stay. The staff didn't seem to worry at all about our complains neither they tried to find a solution. Moreover, the TV had a white line on the screen, they only gave us a tiny gel bottle for the whole stay for the 2 of us and there wasn't any room service while we were there. Reception hours were also unreliable, starting at 11am and finishing at 8pm makes the check-in/check-out complicate for some guests. It is a shame because the hotel could be great if they spend a little time taking care of the space and the guests but instead it's very precarious.

No effort to accommodate late checking or clearly communicate that there is basically no way you can get a key after 8PM (maybe they can stay until 9pm for a fee!). Of course insisting on no refunds, even though it was less than an hour after booking and information that we cannot get the key. Terrible customer service and rude communication, would not ever recommend them.

the room was good wide and clean... the location is good it's close to the city center... the area is calm... there is a big TV in the room have a lot of channels and HBO.... the heating is not the best to be honest specially for a cold winter in the end of November and it took hours until the room became warm... there was a good massage chair in the room but there is no microwave "not even in the common area"... there was a boiler "kettle" in the room and two bags of tea but there was no sugar or coffee the reception team were responding fast through the phone calls or whatsapp specially receptionist Nina Ocvirk she was so kind and helpful... and she explained everything to us around the city like the restaurants and cofe shops ETC. for day or two i recommend this place
