*Warning!* If you want to sleep in a club - you get the same experience in this flat (super loud!) Pros: - it is very central and appartement has a nice appearance (even though a lot IKEA stuff) Cons: - the appartement presents itself as a elegant and as a place to relax, very wrong place to relax - you cannot sleep in this appartement, even the beds are vibrating from the bass of the clubs in the same building - you get ear plugs from the hotel -> now I understand why -> I missed a trip as it was so loud and I could not hear the alarm next day due to the ear plugs. - there is a green light indicating "emergency exit" just above the bed, which shines very bright at night - during the arrival process, you felt the urge of the agent to leave as soon as possible. - try to go to "RVA clerigos appartements" -> same price, super quiet, beautiful, city center and very nice staff (not an agency) - you are basically sleeping next to the fridge, which makes a lot of noise, when the compressor is running -> had to switch it off - but then had no cool food and drinks. - the bed was somehow broken down - the wooden part behind the bed was almost falling appart and some hooks were broken before - when the neighbour room is cooking you hear the fan very loud. I initially thought that I somehow activated the kitchen fan - noise till 6 o'clock in the morning, then noise from cleaning people and machines. I Germany this would be forbidden.

It is difficult to review these apartments, so I will just list the pros and cons. Pros: - Beautiful well equipped room and kitchen - Really comfortable bed and pillows - Beautiful rooftop - Central - Communicative customer service hotline. They arranged a taxi for me. Cons: - No cleaning service for four days!!!! and not enough cleaning supplies. - Extremelly loud outside during the weekend nights. Beware light sleepers, the building is located in the main party street! For us it was bearable during the night with earplugs, but the street cleaning service in the mornings was really loud. - Some teabags, napkins, and coffee would have been nice. - Doors open through a website link. This is just not very practical. - The emergency light is so bright that the room has a green aura the whole night. I have never seen that in any holiday accomodation before and it affected our sleep. - I was asked to give a deposit of 100 euros on my arrival. Either cash, transfer or by blocking 100 euros in the credit card. Never in my life I have experienced this in any type of accomodation anywhere in the world. Also, this could have been communicated in advanced before my arrival so I could have provided the credit card number of the other guests that were joining me. I suggested the lady to wait for the other guests to come so I could provide their credit card info but I was kind of pushed to make a transfer right there on the spot. Simply awkward.

This place is in a lively area with music and crowds. If you want quiet don't stay here. If you want lovely people, good music and great food close by, definitely stay here. The apartment is perfect! Well equipped and easily accessible. It's clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is great honestly it’s alright, BUT from the beginning requested a double bed instead of 2 singles and everything was agreed... once we came here there were 2 beds waiting for us.. the owners told us that they will change it right away on the next day.. we come back from the city and next thing we know was that nothing was changed, so we called angry that they still didn’t do anything about it but what they said was - yes yes it’s our first fault relax we can fix it another day... honestly not the greatest service. Another thing is that breakfast definitely not worth taking... not even the traditional pastel de nata was there, thou it’s a normal thing to have here😭 don’t want to be rude but just didn’t have the greatest experience😒
