Over all bad value for money. The breakfast doesn't worth the extra money. Dirty rooms. Black mold every where. Linen was Dirty.

BEDBUGS. Found a dead bedbug in one of the rooms, and the mattresses were full with feces. Showed the owner but she didn’t really seem to care. Dirtiest mattresses we’ve seen in 5 months traveling SE Asia.

One room is better than the others and is very nice. But the dishonest receptionist left an unpleasant mark on the experience.

We followed the Lonely Planet recommendation but were a bit disappointed. It's a nice hostel and the location is great, but the breakfast was a little small (just two slices of bread) and because there were so many mosquitos we could hardly enjoy it. It's a nice garden setting, so some biters are expected, but because they leave a lot of otherwise empty pots full of water, it's the perfect breeding location for even more. Also the bed was quite hard... I think you can find a better spot in Chiang Mai.

The thai wooden style it is designed in is very beautiful along with the garden. However i was not able to sit in the garden for even two minutes because of the mosquitoes even with my whole body sprayed with mosquitoes replant. Shower was blocked and the room was very small. It is in a good location however same about the mosquitoes and blocked shower as it looks like a very traditional thai house.
