I'm disappointed that there are no fridges and micro-ovens in the rooms. Dinner is expensive (R250 per person). Service is good. Friendly staff gives you a warm welcome. My son's phone was lost and the manager found it. Location is best for the city view.

It's not the newest of hotels. However, the service staff are great, which makes every stay pleasant. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the slopes of the mountain - so depending on what room you are given, you could have great sea or mountain views. Breakfast options are aplenty, and you are almost certain to be satisfied with the variety.

This hotel does not deserve a single star! The stench in the rooms is overwhelming and unbearable. It smells like sewage 24/7. And this was from more than one room. We stayed with colleagues and were forced to check out 2 days earlier. General uncleanliness. Mirrors in too were dirty,desk was full of dust and the carpets need t on be replaced. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website. All they did was to paint one feature wall red. The rest of the place is a dump. Was too scared tk try the breakfast. How can one eat in that constant smell? Reception staff was not bothered at all that all of us checked out of hotel 2 nights earlier. They did not even ask what was the reason. Looks like they have given up! Horror of horrors! And the location is not great when driving in from Waterfront. Have to pass through some dodgy areas to access. Easier access from airport side.

I’m not happy with the service I asked for a room with fridge for my medication and I was given a bar fridge which is fine but it was not plugged in only saw this now. I called at 07:30 asked for an iron and ironing board it’s 09:10 I just finished my online meeting no iron was provided. Last night I prefer to order from the menu in the restaurant and it took them more than 30mins to wrap my take away
