Due to altercations with a previous hotel, we were assisted by the very friendly and hospitable, Jade. She managed to secure 3 rooms for us at very short notice. Although we were so frazzled, Jade reassured us that we were in safe hands. The guard at the parking was friendly and helpful. The guard at the lift had a smile on his face and helped us with taking photos as well The lovely ladies at breakfast served us sd Well. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When two of our family members got locked out of their room, Jade still helped us with a smile. We woke up feeling a sense of relief, well refreshed. Although we had a 'not so positive experience at the previous hotel', we were made to feel comfortable at Garden Court Victoria Junction. Thank you for your hospitality.

The staff here are the hotels best asset. Friendly, caring and willing to assist where they can. Our first room had broken air conditioning so a new room was found within a reasonable length of time. The room was clean and generally quiet There were marks around the bath/shower area but it was wear and tear rather than dirty. The bed was very comfy with a choice of pillows. Even with the room overlooking the main road it was quiet at night but that may have been due to having the a/c on throughout the night. The hotel has a pool and sunbathing area which is why I booked this hotel. Sadly, it is situated in the car park and was closed for most of our stay. Even when the pool reopened the water was dirty, cloudy and unusable. We did use the sun-beds but found them to be quite uncomfortable. We ate breakfast a number of times in the restaurant. The hot choices were sufficient and changed daily. The chefs at the egg grill were very helpful and they make a great omelette. As breakfast buffets go I would give it 3 out of 5. That means it was not terrible, it was okay but it was nothing to rave about either. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and very helpful.

Room: My partner and I stayed in a corner loft at Garden Court Victoria Junction with breathtaking views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. The room, spacious and equipped with efficient air conditioning, ensured a comfortable and pleasant summer stay. Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service overall. The front desk was responsive, and the restaurant staff were friendly and proactive. A standout moment was when I needed help with the air conditioning at 7 pm; maintenance was sent promptly, resolving the issue swiftly. The only hiccup was slower service at the restaurant on Christmas evening, where we waited an hour for our food. Location: Safety was a top priority, and Garden Court Victoria Junction's location eased our concerns. In a well-patrolled secure area, the hotel provided a reassuring environment. Evenings were relaxed as we explored the nearby area with some of the city's best restaurants, including Pigalle Restaurant, GOLD, and Il Leone Mastrantonio.

My check in experience was wonderful and contributed to having a wonderful stay, I checked in on 15/11/2023 around 7pm. The lady at reception, I can’t remember her name I think it was Veronica, she was so kind and made me smile after a long dreadful day. There was a gentleman, I can’t remember his name either(sorry) that helped me with my bags because I had my hands full and he accompanied me to my room with my suitcase. Overall my experience and stay was amazing❤️
