The staff does their best to make you feel comfortable and at home. They were all very nice and friendly and they treat you like family. I will definitely return here for my next trip to Istanbul.

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff is nice and easy to talk. But room itself is the worst. Floors are cold, light is dim, they provided me and my wife with 4 person room, saying that they don’t have room for 2 and charging us with 1100 TRY, and by saying that they made a discount. No cleaning in the room. Sheets are not only dirty, but I got bitten suddenly, and I couldn’t sleep and left early.

This is the single worst hotel I have ever been to. After coming back from a long day without sleeping 2 nights due to travelling the least I wanted was a good bed. This one was broken, with the headboard nearly on the floor. I could barely sleep as the walls were so thin and I could hear everything from next door to the lowest floor. The bed covers had hair so we did not use those, and we couldn't stop itching. I think there must have been bed bugs. The shower was awful with rusty metals and unclean scratched floors, so we didn't even try to shower. The power went out for quite some time in the night as well. Even if you get this place at a cheap price it will not be worth it, genuinely.
