We had a great stay here. The accommodation itself is modern but located in an older building. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is basic but good. I was hesitant about the area this hotel is located in, and although it's a bit gritty, we felt totally safe. The people working here definitely deserve 5 stars too. They're so nice 👍 I hope I can get a 'Saluti da Napoli!!' reply on this review

The hotel itself is quite good, with a good size, balcony, A/C and a private bathroom. The only downside is the shower area I found a bit too small, but nothing that really bothers me. It is located in a really good area (close to the metro, to the train station, bus and tram lines). But for me the best until now was the staff and the service, they are the best. Since with how fast they fixed a A/C problem that we had, with the kindest way to provide us to the best they can. If I ever come back to Naples, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Do yourself a favor. Do not Not NOT stay here. Nobody on site, No breakfast. No heat. No shower. No coffee mugs. Loosy mattress. Yes, I felt safe. Yes, it was clean. Many text messages about the heat, but they, he , it insisted that they had been there and checked it was working. He lied it was exactly the way I left it. Power light was still flashing error. He was never on site The building manger was angry when i asked questions.

Big shame to this place owners and reception staff. The most unpleasant experience is when you as a customer get an attitude and are rejected to get a service you payed for. Booked a quadruple room which should have had more than enough beds to place 3 adults. On arrival it appeared not to have facilities that were booked. Reception staff was really unkind, rude and unhelpful. Not able even to suggest something meaningful to solve a problem, leaving a customer with a "get it or leave" dilemma. Do not recommend. This high score is a joke. One star for such kind of service.
