It's the best hotel of the best. All the staff are kind. The room is very spacious and clean. It's very nice to be located in a quiet neighborhood. It's convenient because there's a tram stop if you walk for about 5 minutes. I recommend it to everyone

Great place to stay. Only qualm was WiFi was poor in our room but our companions faired better. #9 Tram just less than 5 minutes walk away which takes you into town

Room was nice, with private bathroom. TV, big bed, clean, is all I can ask for. Easy to reach the center with line 9 tram. Breakfast was good, varied and well presented in a nice room. Service was also nice, despite I arrived late it was very easy check in

The Villa Seraphium is a true gem, let me correct myself, a hidden diamond among the other hotels in the beautiful town of Dresden. It is situated in a very central and cosy part of the town. Every tourist attraction is reachable by walking or taking one of the many public transports. Boths ways of travelling among "Elbflorenz" are safe and I recommend walking as you see more of the probably most interesting city in Germany. The villa - not just a mere "hotel" - is a building with rich history. A Polish-Lithuanian princess build it roughly 200 years ago and you can still feel and breathe the royalty. The rooms have a high ceiling, the doors and other parts are richly decorated with wooden carvings and even the connection between the princess' part and the former house servants parts is a sight on its own. Concerning the staff I never experienced such professionality and hospitality combined with the warm feeling of not only being a guest but part of the Villa. On the night of my arrival the warm water supply broke as the temperatures were rapidly falling and next morning it was already repaired. Due to Corona there is no breakfast. I wonder what specialties I will taste when the pandemic ceases. For sure I will visit the Villa Seraphium again! Secret tip: ask for room 15 - the one with the tiny red angel on the door if you like a special view and some quietness.

Ne .. I loved the garden of the villa with the small fountain.. very relaxing tk sit outside.. hiwever, the service is really poor and awkward .. I stayed for 9 nights and they didn't once clean my room .. I had to take the trash and clean on my own because they said they only clean rooms between guests because of Corona.. I had a feeling it was just an excuse because the guy is very lazy .. The mattress and pillows are also horrible and I got severe neck pain because of them .. such a waste of a wonderful villa 🙄 😒 but if you're staying for one or two nights it might be ok .. the neighborhood is just so lovely and peaceful and there's a cute little park nearby
