Even though the room PIF they didn’t let my bf (now is husband) stays with me without booking another room back in 2018. Beside having the cheapest management, you’re paying for the lowest level of customer satisfaction. Even in the Middle East countries “not being married cannot stay together policy” is not the case. Disgraceful.

This is not a 4-star hotel! The pool area, the masseuse, and the manager are great but the hotel is cheaply built and Staff is incompetent. For instance, the room is ok but you need to climb to the bathtub as it is quite high. Not sure why they installed a bathtub instead of a shower in this hot climate area. Also, the bathtub area is falling a part. In addition, gadgets such as door keys and the remote control for the air conditioning unit had constant problems. Staff and technical people could not have these issues fixed until the manager fixed them by himself. The floors are covered with plush carpet to minimize the noise of the high heels of the flight attendants (they have a deal with Pegasus). But, you can still hear the noise when they walk. The open buffet area and service at the restaurant is under par and not consistent. In short, we did not have a great experience. There should be a better hotel in the area.

Really nice hotel with reasonable prices. It is 15 minutes walk from the beach. You can bike there. The rooms had complementary drinks even though we stayed there with a tour. The food was delicious. The staff were really helpful. We went paragliding and had to leave at 5.30 and our tour guide asked them to make us sandwiches for the morning, but when we got up they had prepared a full breakfast for us which was really nice. The design of the hotel was nice, the lobby and area around the swimming pool were amazing. Only negative thing: no elevators! I would go back though.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were going to Istanbul from Washington DC with Turkish Airlines but we couldn’t land to Istanbul Airport due to bad weather conditions and they brought us to Dalaman Airport. Turkish Airlines arranged this hotel for us. They were saying that they were normally closed because of off season but they opened the hotel for us. Even if they have really short time to organize everything, they did really good job. Foods were amazing, staff was friendly and environment was clean.

Actually our room was changed at the last moment and we got a new one - huge I would say a family room. It’s a pretty big hotel with a nice reception and lobby bar, and swimming pool. Even in COVID-19 time they were fully prepared and we didn’t have any issue with masks, disinfection etc. The room was clean, the room service worked good. The breakfast might be better if course but it’s a problem of COVID-19 time I guess because in Istanbul was the same problem even in 5* hotels
