The place is very old, no maid service so my room was never done for the entire week. No soap and shampoo provided, bathroom sink had only a trickle. The outside is not really maintained, the pool is ok.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at, at Bali! The room was big, aircon, nice beds, balcony, pool, breakfast included and the bathroom was fresh!!

I stayed at the deluxe room with pool access. The pool access rooms are really nice with bean bag. The toilet is really noisy when the fan is on and sometimes there's a bad odour. The AC is really cold and cable TV is great. Lots of power sockets. There's fridge and closet. The bed is comfy. Breakfast is delicious, especially the fried noodle and fried rice, but the portion is small. The female restaurant staff is friendly. Also the rooms doesn't provide water or kettle, you have to go to the restaurant for that. No drinking glass, tissue, and floor mat. You have to ask for a floor mat. You can take a car here but the alleyway is really narrow and the hotel probably has space only for 1-2 cars. The thing that killed the mood was the male receptionist with thick glasses we encountered when we first checked in. Quite rude and not friendly. "Jutek". And I'm not the only one who felt he was not friendly. But there was one staff who was friendly the next morning. I give 3 stars because of the nice room and breakfast but bad service.
