We visited as a group of 4, and there were 5 beds so we had a very comfortable stay! Transportation is convenient as it is very close to Yotsumasanchome Station, which also has the Marunochi Line, which provides direct access to Shinjuku Station. It is very close to Shinjuku and within walking distance of Ginza and Shibuya. The cleanliness was very good, but we recommend bringing towels as there may be a shortage of towels. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. are all provided. There is a separate toilet and shower room, so it was convenient when staying with multiple people. The trash can is not emptied during the stay, so you need to manage your trash..! I had a great stay in a clean and well-located accommodation!

A small room with 4 beds. A table way too big. It would be better for a small room like that to only put a double bed with two bunk beds.
