It was a good experience for this price, The registration guy is so helpful and nice, it's such a warm welcoming environment, they even have me extra large room. It's so close to old city, so if you are traveling in Istanbul 100% recommended.

At the beginning we have arrived early at 8 and they didn’t have an early check in, and they told us that the hotel is full. At almost 10 o’clock they told us that a guest had left and they will give us a room So we were so excited until we saw the room! It was full of dust and not clean and very weird and different than the one we have booked and no one seemed to enter this room in a while. We asked to get the room that we booked through agoda but they told us that someone took it although we have booked it from a month before our travel- and they could let us have it in two days, we didn’t mind much because the staff was friendly and helpful Arhan and Fatih are amazing and they are the best thing about the hotel. In the video you’ll see the original room that we booked, it’s nice and cozy but not very clean they don’t deep clean anything and the towels are a-bit yellow and old. Breakfast isn’t very good and you can see the kitchen they cook in not very sanitary. Location is amazing. Rooms not soundproof you can hear everything that happens around you. Price is good.
