Their images on website did not match the apartment provided. General uncleanliness, dirty walls, cracks in kitchen island, general clutter and overall disappointing apartment for the price. Whilst the location was ideal, I wouldn't recommend. Residence Adriano offers better prices for amazing standards and equally great locations.

Avoid at all costs. Their website and airbnb description says 24/7 service but they remained unresponsive for most of the time. We have arrived around 11pm and followed the instructions on how to get in. To our surprise the key to the apartment wasn't where it was supposed to be - just an empty box. So we couldn't get in. We tried calling them at various numbers but noone picked up the phone. So we were stuck without an apartment - had to go elsewhere and get ourselves a hotel. The 5th one in a row wasn't full at last. Great. We paid more than 2x the price we should have paid here, so even refunding us for the first night didn't cover our costs. Next day they said that previous tenant took the key - sure, whatever, but the real problem is that they have not picked up the phone to help us out. Then once we moved in on day 2, it turned out there is no internet, no warm water, the shower door doesn't close, A/C is not working in the living room and there are w few more things damaged. We tried calling the "emergency contact" that was written in an instructions booklet but they guy who picked up said he doesn't work with them anymore and can't help. Finally we reached them at another number and they only arrived on day 3 to fix the internet and warm water but A/C & shower door remained broken for the entire duration of the stay. So yeah, pretty bad experience with the apartment and terrible experience with their service. Location of the apartment was the only upside.

Never again. Pros: - localization - close to rail station, city center and essential stores Cons: - Delayed answers from landlord/whoever is in charge of this. There was no key for our apartment - we had to look for a new place to stay in the middle of the night, at our own expense! Nobody picked a phone for few hours! - Broken AC - No warm water - Terrible WiFi - Shower cabin door broken - Outdated apartment info in the insider

This company works through Airbnb and it my worst experience on the Airbnb over the whole time of using this app for renting (over 100 times). Their Airbnb advertisement did not mention, that you will have to sign a contract, which specifies inflated rates on utilities, including 0.8 EUR per KWt. I wasn’t aware of it, and after my stay the agency is charging me 285 USD on top of 2000 USD for a monthly stay that I have already paid. I absolutely did not expect this to happen, as this is not explicitly stated in the house rules. Communication with the renting company representatives was terrible, as they did not want to admit their fault, that it’s not OK to ask a customer to pay a non-refundable amount and confirm the reservation and then only the day before the stay to let know about the contract and extra charges on top of the money that has been already paid. Also, the Apartment did not have standard things, like soap, bath gel and shampoo. Overall, I don’t recommend dealing with this renting company.
