I loved the location because it was by the river and outside of the craziness of the old town, only one shaky bridge away from the central island with some of the best restaurants :) The hosts don't speak English but are extremely helpful and accommodating and with the help of google translator no issue got unresolved, not that I had any. I got a ride to my next spot, also amazing banana pancake with coffee for breakfast. The room was extremely spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Huge windows and the balcony overlooking the river. Would highly recommend the place for those who need some piece and privacy, with more authentic surroundings.

Beautiful room, very clean. Lovely hosts. Out of the center but perfect if you are looking for a quiet spot, 30 min walking to main roads. They also have bicycle for rent. Breakfast doesn t include drinks but they have cheap and good coffee.

The room was super clean and had a lovely view of both sides of river (I got lucky!) - very much so like the pictures. The hosts were lovely and helped me use the Homestay bikes to get to Hoi An Old Town, which is only like a 7 minute bike ride away. I enjoyed my time here and the breakfast was lovely too :)
