PROS Big apartment, convenient location. We needed late check-in (additional charge of 20EUR before midnight and 40EUR after midnight), and everything was smooth and east. Our host Ares was extremely helpful and friendly. CONS The furniture and appliances were outdated and not in so good condition. There were three beds, and all of them were somewhat broken. We appreciated the coffee machine, but it would've been nice if there were also some capsules for the first morning.

Start with the good- close to train station, large apartment, kitchen facility with utensils, the staff member who greeted us and let us in was helpful and friendly. Now the bad- hot water only works intermittently, would run out mid shower or only be warm, no laundry facility in apartment despite advertised (it's shared and long wait to use), can't open windows because smoking of other residents on terrace, not sound insulated from metal walkways, location/neighbourhood felt dirty and unsafe to walk at night, not good for families or single woman, we stayed for 6 nights did not get service/ towel wash during that time, not even extra toilet paper, 2 rolls for 2 people for 6 nights, we had to buy more from corner store. No tea/coffee, hand soap was less than 1/4 full on arrival, WhatsApp communication was slow or completely not answered, gate and door regularly left unlocked. In general I wouldn't recommend any one to stay here, it really put a dampener on our much anticipated trip to Bologna.
