Great rooms with great views. If you are a skier or snowboarder, it's literally a 30 step walk to the main lift! The only issue we had was minor, the fireplace wasn't working when we got the room. But we got it working eventually. It is a 15 minute drive to the town of Golden so you are a little limited on some nearby amenities.

Amazing location for a ski trip. We loved the hot tub & sauna and the staff were super helpful. The ski lockers & boot warmers were great too. Highly reccomend!

I arrived at this hotel, I had a pleasant welcome from the two receptionists, I was put in the mountaineer lodge with a view to die for! Over looking the mountains. Room was very clean, location was perfect, very quiet, food in the freezer at reception (warm it in the microwave). Great wifi, only an hour from lake Louise. The only one thing I didn’t have in my room was air conditioning. But with a view of the mountains at sun down who cares. I highly recommend this place to stay at. You won’t regret it.

Lovely location set in what seems like the middle of the wilderness. Rooms are very comfy and well equipped with mini kitchens, views from the balcony are sublime. The parking charge is something that should be only made if using the underground parking though, if parking outside the hotel then that should be free...bit of a cheek to charge for parking out on a dirt strip. This aside well worth a stay over!

Do not stay in the Queen Room. $170 for the worst stay of my life! I want to share how disappointed I am with this Lodge. The room I stayed in stated it had a queen size bed. It did not!! The “Queen” room had barely enough room to walk around in. The balcony was covered in bird poo and included a bird nest. We had flies in our room. The shower curtain and blankets had a yellow color to them and the sheets were so starchy I was up all night. When I brought all this up to the front desk. They did nothing. Save yourself the headache and stay at Travel lodge or literally anywhere else in Golden.
