Everything was amazing during our stay and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of restaurants and stores to walk to as well as the beach. As many have mentioned, the rooms have many fancy appliances like the toilet, jetted private pools, and sound speakers. Our only complaints were that the bathroom mirror didn’t light up bright enough and we couldn’t get it to stay off at night — possibly broken. Lastly, they only accept cash for the deposit - 3000 baht. So just be prepared with that on hand when you show up - no issues with getting the deposit back. Overall we really loved staying here and would come back again!

A very good hotel especially for families. Rooms are in high standard and breakfast is good too. The private pool is nice and main pool is also good. Staff is very friendly. No special activities for kids. The downside really is the noisy location of the hotel. You have to sleep with all windows closed as the hotel is right on the main road with noisy traffic 24/7. Other than that it would have received 5 stars.

I'd really like to give this hotel 3.5 stars, but am feeling generous and rounding up, largely due to positive experiences with the staff. My biggest problem with this hotel is that it's on the side of a main road. Our first room was right next to the road and all night long we were hearing super loud motorcycles going by. It slowed down some after about midnight, but continued occasionally throughout the night. The next two nights were spent in a room on the opposite side of the hotel. It was MUCH quieter, though we could still hear the occasional super loud motorcycle in the distance. The problem I had with the second room was that it was a bit smaller than the first, though still a good size, and that it felt less clean. The second restroom in particular had a bit of an odor and I could see some of the surfaces (such as the toilet paper holder) weren't really clean. And for you fellow westerners out there, they only provide one small roll of toilet paper per restroom....I needed to track down someone from housekeeping the one morning to ask for more. Aside from those things the hotel was great! The location was pretty good....a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach and around 5 minutes walk to Carnival Magic. As I mentioned above, the staff here was very good. They tried hard to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, especially with our request to change rooms after the first night. The breakfast room staff were particularly great! They were very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I was very surprised they put out such an excellent spread, considering the hotel is relatively small. The fresh made pancakes (served with Nutella) were our favorite breakfast item. We also ordered room service one evening and, like the breakfast, the food was fantastic! If you get a room facing away from the road, you'll likely love this hotel!
