We booked GLOW for 2 nights based on their overall positive reviews and what looked like generally nice facilities and rooms online. However when we were shown to our room, nothing about the building or our unit looked anything like the photos we'd seen online. Hair and scattered debris littered the steps and the ill-lit hallways everyday, and while our room was clean enough, the bathroom/shower walls were stained and gross, metal rusted, and the whole place felt like a hack job. We tried to ask front desk for a different room but unfortunately they were fully booked. Our towels were never changed during our stay and when we called for new towels, guest services insisted they could not assist "at this time". It was around 9pm. We will absolutely never book GLOW again based on our experience but if you are considering it, make sure you are placed in their MAIN building and not their motel on the backside. We got unlucky!

Great compact hotel with good soundproofing so we get a good night’s sleep. Great location also between 2 popular beaches - Ao Nang and Napphorat. Only downside is housekeeping of the rooms. We did not request cleaning and changing towels everyday but when we did, the service was very slow and the cleaning staff seems to be not around, even though her cleaning cart is right outside our room. One day although her cart was already at our floor by 3pm, cleaning was only completed at 4.45pm and this was only after requesting her to do our room next. hope this can be improved.

Great hotel. Good rooms and washrooms Very nicely spread breakfast buffet with lots of options Good well maintained swimming pool and amazing location 7 eleven is 100 m and close to all day tour booking spots and cafes

Superb value for money for 15usd a night. Rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Quite well designed too. I even regretted moving to a "higher-starred" hotel from here because the rooms just weren't as good as here. Great location with 7-11 just behind the building and the hotel right in the middle of two beaches, the main beach and the night market. Overall liked it very much and will come back here if I ever come back to Krabi.
