Good location and good value. Room is clean and spacious. Water pressure is good and bathroom is clean with soap & shampoo. Bed is firm and sheets are clean. I did not require any service with my 4 night stay but there is a lady on site doing laundry & cleaning. 2 towels & 2 bottles of water were ready upon arrival. Location is in the center of town and about a 15 min walk to the beach. Night market is 3 min away. Lots of places for food & 7-11 around for your convenience. Road noise can be heard in your room as it's by a traffic light intersection.

The accommodation is clean and very spacious. The hotel service is very good. Very kind and friendly. The accommodation is near many tourist attractions. You can walk a lot. Not far from the train station and the night market, 7-Eleven, and there are restaurants near the accommodation both during the day and at night. Not far from Hua Hin Beach and Saphan Pla. There are a lot of cafes around the accommodation that you can walk to. There is also a car rental shop near the accommodation. It is considered complete and very comfortable. The room has TV service. water heater Shampoo and shower cream are also provided. The room I stayed in also had a wide balcony. Overall, it is considered very good, both service, rooms and location. 10 10 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, but there is traffic noise from the main road coming into the room, worth the price.

The rooms are clean, the mattresses and blankets are soft and very comfortable to sleep. Located next to the road, there may be some car noise. Overall, it's good. The elder seems friendly. Good recommendation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
