I am really pleased by the staff of the hotel. The two blond ladys were so helpfull and friendly. Definetly coming back!

It was hard to find a reasonable hotel at the last minutes in Berlin, expecially before new year 2023. However, this hotel offres good retes and the facility, feedback all looks great. So, I decided to book here and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during the new year holidays! All staffs are friendly and flexible, the room is new, clean and wide enough for our budget. The bed is also comfortable. My room gets a bit tiny terrace, but nice to open wide windows and I could air let in and feel the city there. Easy access to some major train stations by tram since yhe tram stop located just in front of this hotel. The front desk is closed during the nights and it's effecient. Anyway, didn't have any issues at all. Not sure if they will open the bar or cafe at their lobby since it looks half done. Ir would be cool though. If you need groveries you will see some shops after 3-5 mins walk along the same street, so no need to concerned of any simple items there, I'm excited to come back for my next trip!

I booked the hotel after looking at their website. Later I realised that it had a pretty low Google rating. It worried me a bit as one of the reviews was pretty recent but I decided to stick with it. I am so glad I did. The price is a steal considering the location, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely excellent. The room was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and features a stunning bathroom. My room went out to the courtyard and had a little balcony. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Even when they couldn't find my payment right away they stayed positive and were customer focused. I get that some people may look at the building from the outside and are a bit put off; the comments about it being a "Bauruine" (construction site) may come from the fact that the pavement in front of the hotel is a bit crammed with a skip and stuff. But there is no sign of any of it inside. 5/5 would definitely stay here again!
