Very bad hotel. They don't have any services. Even if you want to iron, you have to pay for it. They don't pass any coffee or tea daily, if you want water, you need to pay for it. Breakfast is not good, because there is not a variety of food. They don't help with your luggage. I don't recommend this hotel, because here nobody thinks about you. 1 star hotel

We booked Rooms for our Guests from Kuwait at this Hotel during these Eid Holidays, since we could not get rooms at other hotels due to high demand. Service is pathetic to say the least. For Example: Rooms were not cleaned everyday. Towels were not changed on a daily basis and when Guests asked them, the Staff replied that "Towels here are changed every 3 days only!!" THESE KIND OF RESPONSES FROM THE STAFF PROVE THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF GUESTS AND ARE JUST RUNNING THE HOTEL FOR THE SAKE OF IT !! OUR GUESTS WERE SO DISSAPOINTED AT SUCH ATTITUDE OF STAFF AND MANAGEMENT !! STAY AT THIS HOTEL ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY..

It was just a 3/10 experience at this hotel. The room looked beautiful but the service isn’t. Firstly, the breakfast buffet wasn’t good at all & there were only very few items. They didn’t even have an iron box. Also, if we call them regarding anything they simply gets rude, their voice tone raises. We have to pay if we ask for some extra sugar or tea bags even if it was just 1 teabag. What did we pay for then?

In fact, it was a bad experience. There are many comments. First, the staff is very, very bad. Their voices rise with the guests frequently and this dose not reassure me. There is no tactful and respectful style. Second, The elevator can not bear more than 3 people! Thirdly, We agreed on two large suites and watched before paying and we went to shopping while the suites were being cleaned, When we returned to the hotel, the two suites were replaced with one suite and two separate rooms, and he said proudly, "We gave you 3 rooms instead of two," thinking that he compensated us. Fourthly, the cleanliness of the hotel is bad we have noticed many. For us, it will not be repeated in this hotel, and I will not advise my friends and relatives because the price does not match this place at all.
