Quite possibly the most central, affordable stay in Prague. The rooms are really well equipped. Literally meters away from the Old Town Square, the Charles Bridge and a comfortable walk to the Prague Castle. I know it’s a contactless check-in system, but it would’ve been very helpful to have someone friendly and well-spoken to assist with the luggage drop and check-in process. We got there around 12pm and wanted to drop-off some luggage before the 3pm check-in. It was possible, but not straightforward and the security woman was not the most helpful, as she spoke no English.

Wow. What a lovely apartment we stayed in. We stayed in a deluxe studio which had ample room and facilities for our needs. The apartment was very tasteful in design, was spotlessly clean and the bed was so so comfortable. We did have a disrespectful neighbour who thought it was a good idea to play rap music at full volume into the early hours. The staff dealt with our complaint respectfully and professionally. The apartment block is ideally located for all of your sightseeing needs and there’s a supermarket and shopping centre less than a 5 minute walk away. A couple of tips: There’s a coffee machine. Take or buy your own pods as none are provided. They do provide tea and sugar. If you decide to cook in the apartment OPEN THE WINDOWS. Either the extraction is inadequate or the smoke detectors are too sensitive! This was our 7th visit to Prague and we’ve stayed in a lot of different apartments and hotels. This has to be up there with the best and I’d definitely stay again. Oh, and the price was good too!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, well located. We had an issue with the heating and the agency solved it very fast so the service was very good. The only drawback if you want to eat at home anytime os that there is nowhere to buy food in the central area. We didn’t find any normal super markets and the mini markets only have a few basics and terribly expensive.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay in the heart of Old Town. Very close to many attractions, cafes, tram and strain stations. I stayed in 3 different suites, from the cheapest to more expensive ones and each one was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy to access. Don't be afraid that they don't have a front desk. You can call them at any time of the day (they have an option for English help) and they are so efficient if anything goes wrong. I had only one issue with the code not working for some reason when I first arrived, but I called them and they gave me a new code that worked splendidly, right away. So stress at all. If you call them and let them know you might arrive early, they are very good about getting your suite ready as soon as possible. I got to check in at 12:30! It's a very secure place too - you use the code to get through 2 sets of doors and your own suite too. Apparently they have a place to temporarily store luggage if you need to - I didn't make use of this, but just call them and I'm sure they will give you clear instructions. I will absolutely book at the Golden Angel again next time I'm in Prague.

Our stay in the studio was lovely and great, we really felt in our own flat. The room was clean, sound-proof despite locating in the city center, and all attractions are within walking-distance. The only negative point, which will still not make us downgrading the rating, is that we had a late flight hence would have appreciated to leave our luggage there until we head to the airport. We had to pay around 15€ to use a locker nearby.
