This hotel was very nice and in a good location. The staff was awesome. Huge shout out to Lily who helped us with our Ha Long bay tour and with trying to find our lost phone. She went way above and beyond and we are very thankful to her. Sophie and the young man at the front desk were also awesome. Breakfast was really good and made fresh which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much for adding to our vacation memories in a very good way. Cheers to all of you!

Perfectly located with everything you could want or need within walking distance, plus the staff are absolutely delightful. They really do go above and beyond to make your trip the best possible, thank you Lily and Katherine. The rooms are accurately priced and all you need. Also we were able to book a trip to Halong bay through the hotel with great ease with only a few days notice. Overall I’d highly recommend the hotel and we will be sure to return when we are next in Hanoi

This is a must. If you are considering this hotel to stay in Hanoi, search no more. We had the best experience in Hanoi thanks to Lily (the hotel manager) and her team. Everyone was so helpful all the time, and so nice. Everyone asked us what we enjoyed about Hanoi that day and about our tours, they gave recommendations, and they were genuinely interested. The service they provide is not only while you enter to the hotel and go to your room. We were able to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay directly in the hotel, thanks to this, we got a free pick up from the airport with a trusted driver. We also send some clothes to the laundry for $2 per Kilo, we got our clothes back in less than 24 hours perfectly clean and with an amazing scent. Finally, we booked the transport back to the airport from the hotel again, with a trusted driver and a big van that arrived perfectly on time. Lily and all the team gave us the best service. I'm completely sure that without them our experience in Hanoi wouldn't have been as perfect as it was.
