The hotel was terrible, it was in a poor condition , staff were very rude , there was no service no facilities , even the manager was impolite and horrible person , when i complained she threw her shoes toward me and i recorded her behavior , they are horrible people here. 😔😔, the hotel doesnt deserve any star .

I've never seen such a bad hotel. It should have 5 stars, it is worthy of a maximum of 2 stars. The breakfast is old and is set up completely the same from day to day and the bread already had mold spots. When we pointed this out to them, they only got something new and offered it to us. Water is running out of the shower in the room and we noted this in the reception and nothing has changed. I don't advise anyone to stay overnight here and fall into this trap.

The hotel is supposed to be five stars, but my rating for it is one star. Water is pouring from the next room into my room!! Towels are not changed and the room cleaned unless requested to do so!! Breakfast is poor and not varied!! The Internet is weak in the rooms and almost non-existent. The kitchen staff are unprofessional, they talk to each other while working. Truth be told, the reception staff were good.
