Golden Tower is a bit dated but it’s in good shape. The front desk staffs were efficient and I had no issues communicating with them in English. The valet was quick, we didn’t have to wait long for our car. It’s unrealistic to expect hotels to have up to date decor but I don’t think it’s too much to ask for hotels to have clean white sheets.

This hotel is in a great location for walking to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, staff were very helpful pointing us to good things to do and see during our brief time in Sao Paulo. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plugs that worked for our US chargers, which was a plus.

The area is pretty safe, but as always get taxis at night time. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good and the beds are comfortable, what more can you ask for. The views are also stunning.
