Had a family member fall and need medical attention, forcing us to cancel our trip to Paris. Golden Tulip would not refund us the cost of the room EVEN THOUGH we provided proof of having received medical care for the fall. We called to cancel 23 hours and 43 minutes before check in. I’m sure that room filled with paying customers, and they ALSO got our $2,100. Unbelievable. I would give a 0/5 stars if I could.

Everything about this place was fabulous! The staff were lovely, the rooms had a great big bath which is so unusual in Paris, the location is also great to access everything and a safe area of Paris for children

Arrived and was welcomed by nice and helpful staff however the rooms are tiny, you can’t even open up your luggage. (No space) We also arrived and it’s been extremely hot and even though the rooms have “AC” They do NOT work well. I had someone come to our room to check the AC and I was told it was working fine with no issues however it was not, there was some cool air coming from the vents but not enough to actually cool down the room , I was sweating in the room at night. We also asked for an iron as we needed to iron down some clothes and they will not give you one, they spect you to haul your clothes to a specific room on the first floor to do it there. Unfortunately won’t come back.
