Overall, I would probably not go back to stay at this hotel again for my vacation due to one very big flaw; the rooms were very old and amenities were not functioning in their original and proper intentions. However, be assured that the service of the staffs are impeccable. They were all professional, kind and well-mannered. The reception area + lobby looks nicely decorated for a decent hotel with interesting architecture, displays and designs. The location of the hotel is decent, there are night markets if you walk a short distance out to the main street; and there are many activities and attractions the place has to offer as it is part of a bigger place: Golden City. The best they could do to improve the quality of the hotel is to make the rooms more updated, standardise the items and amenities issued into every single room of the same class, ensure that all the wired telephones and sockets work in proper order and lastly, provide mineral water free of charge this is in consideration that the water in Batam is not safe for direct drinking.

This hotel is located in a very strategic place where we can find then paredise of food stalls to get delicious foods Eastern, wester, and oriental foods. Recommended place!!!
