Renter Beware! 1. Rooms are run down and sleazy. They look NOTHING like the pictures 2. They illegally charge ridiculous prices for electric and water...again...this is illegal 3. Say goodbye to your deposit. If you give them cash...it is as good as gone This is the kind of place that gives Thai property owner the bad reputation they have. Avoid at all costs!!!

The people taking care of me are kind, but - Accommodation, old furniture The bathroom is not very clean. Not worth the money spent - Electricity 10 units, water 10 units, starting at 200 baht. Rental information does not match on the website. - The bill came to pay almost 10,000 baht for the room + common area + parking fee + other unreasonable expenses. connected to private internet But you have to pay 200 per month. - Deposit returned late In the contract it is written Returned no later than the 10th. I received it back on the 17th. Called and demanded again.

A quiet serviced apartment located at the back of Soi Udom Suk 41. Serviced apartments with pools are reasonably priced and clean. It may be a little difficult to get to because it is located in a remote location from Soi Udom Suk. The staff's response is also quite good. For those who are not good at Thai, it is best to use Grab taxis as a means of transportation. There are night markets and Somboon restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. Prices are also low in Bangkok. It is very convenient to go to Central Bangna area and Rama IX Park.
