Signage for entry to the property was unclear. When we arrived at 3pm to check in, we were greeted by a drunk Scottish man, who I assumed to be the owner. After 10 minutes of discussion with this man, I was informed by the lady at the check in desk that the man had no affiliation with the property and that she did not know who he was! While I was trying to check in, the man badgered my wife with drunken stories, and offers to get a drink. The man has a glass of what appeared to by whiskey in his hand which looked to have been provided on the premises. Unacceptable for a hotel to compromise the safety of guests in this manner. Accommodation is good quality however is a bit overcrowded with furniture. We had a king apartment which has a total of 10 seats in the living room, despite only accomodating two people. Decor is tasteful, but just too much of it. Door locking system was unusual, and led to my wife worrying about people entering in the night, particularly following check-in experience. Property claims to offer free wifi, however this consistently didn’t work while we were in the property, and was extremely frustrating. This kept disconnecting from both of our mobile devices, as well as the TV provided in the apartment.

Enjoyed a brilliant stay at these new apartments. Finished to the highest standards, and in an amazing location 2 minutes walk from the town centre, we enjoyed a fabulous few nights stay there. Conveniently located next door to the Redcliffe Hotel where we enjoyed a few drinks and some excellent food, Derek and his staff couldn`t have done more to make our stay in Inverness any more memorable. Would highly recommend, and look forward to returning in the near future.
