This is my first experience visiting a clinic in Dubai and I can say that it was completely successful. I got an appointment with the doctor (therapist) the very next day. Dr. Rula is very polite and professional. She advised me to get tested (blood tests and x-rays) to get a clearer diagnosis and I did them right away, which was very fast. The next morning the results arrived. The staff were very friendly at all stages. - The only negative is that at the time of registration, the girl at the reception was constantly distracted and went to nearby colleagues to help them or discuss something. That’s why I sometimes didn’t understand what she was saying to me or to a colleague at the next table. I think it’s unprofessional, but I didn’t lower the rating.

One of the best hospital experiences ever. The doctors and nurses are amazing. Communication is extremely clear. Very well knowledgeable and are extremely caring during difficult situations. The rooms and amenities are like being in a 5 star hotel and are extremely clean and well maintained. You don’t feel like your at a hospital but in a hotel where the drs and nurses are there to take care of you. It’s our family hospital and won’t be going anywhere else. The equipment and technology used is the latest and they are very efficient and fast. Coming from a western country where the medical system is a little tired and dated, Mediclinic Middle East are unbelievably efficient and caring through tough times and really take care of your families.

I would like say thank you Mediclinic Parkview Maternity department for taking care of me and my baby during our stay at the hospital. I highly recommend MPAR, the nurses are well organized. They helped me to ensure to take my medicine on time and regularly check my condition and my baby. I would like to say thank you as well to “Mubi” Mubashira, 1st day of my admission she is the one who assisted me and take me to the operating room. After my CS operation, we were in the recovery room and she started to help me to let my daughter latch for feeding. Thanks to Mubi who encourage me to continue breastfeeding and until now I am proud to be one of those breastfeeding mom. Special thanks to my OB, Doc Sheila Labrador, from the very beginning I am sure that she is the best OB who will take care of me and my baby. I delivered last year, November 24, 2023 and as a CS patient, I really thought that it will be that so hard since it’s a C-section. I was surprised that on the same day I was able to stand and walk by my own. Until now, I don’t feel any pain on my wound area. I was able to take care of my baby from the moment I was on the hospital until now without any pain. Thank you so much Mediclinic team. 🙂

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Thank you for the exceptional care and support!

Exceptional customer service right from staff to doctor. very well organized! Dr. Leonardo ( ophthalmologist) has been very helpful and diligent in the treatment with the right process along with required test conducted through clear explanation, putting me at extremely ease and comfortable before doing any steps. My eye after his treatment has recovered better within ten days. Also the medications he prescribed was very effective. Thanks to him and mediclinic for good treatment. Highly recommended from my side.
