We stayed here for 4 nights in Nov 23. Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was good. My partner complained about the mattress being a little too hard but I didn’t find it an issue. The location is great, near a couple of restaurants (western), 7 Eleven that’s less than 200m away. However the beach is relatively distant. If you have kids and you plan to walk, there are some big roads that you might need to cross. The hotel comes with pool and gym facility. Very decent and nice. Quiet and far away from any noisy hubs. Perfect for family stay.

We had booked 6 rooms for 4 nights for our family. Elevator closed on myself and other guests. Rooms was dirty, smelling with urine. Found used underwear and t-shirts. Toilets blocked and did not any other trash or paper than those provided.

Great hotel. Had room 703, deluxe room. Room was reasonable size. Huge bed,so comfortable and could probably fit 6 people in it was that big. Nice hot,double headed shower. Staff super nice and friendly. Allowed me early check in for free. Late check out was paid for. 10 minutes walk to everything. Roof top pool as well. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

location is amazing close to massages shops restaurants, 15min walk to patong beach ,5 min walk to bangla road , 3 min walk to shipping mall, parking for the motorbike , near by a 24h cloth washing machine shop stuff is friendly room service everyday and very friendly breakfast below normal for me, I don't eats eggs or none halal food 0 soundproof in rooms you can hear everything from the street or the next room (EVERYTHING)

Very bad check in process with Grace Potong. We were struggling with multiple bags but Hotel Service person was smoking and watching us struggling instead of helping. and receiptionist was calling out the rules and regulations very loudly like we are going to break their rules. she wasn't not even smiling. But same lady speaking nicely to white people. Please treat all equally no racism 😕. But rooms were new and completely satisfied and check-out process also very smooth. Because of your one or two employees. You are getting the bad name. I request Management to train them to treat customers properly. Hotel located in perfect place where Seven Leven, McDonald's and night markets are very near by.
