Nice apartment. Terrible communication. No soap. No shampoo. No response - even now, days later. One pillow. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t try a bit harder to provide some semblance of customer service. Not a good experience, but best looking building in the area. Confusing check in process. Left to fend for oneself parking. This could all be solved with some friendly, competent communication and customer service. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed in the flat Betty and it was an amazing experience. The place is so clean, comfortable with a beautiful, natural warm design, perfect in any detail. Great location, close to the old town ,a rail station, Madison, doctors etc.We booked this flat for our next visit in Gdańsk. We recommend it very much!Beata & Mike

Basic apartment. Kitchen should be equipped a bit better. Really noisy since buildings around are still under construction so it is really hard to sleep. Man at work from early morning until night. In any case good location, Easy for city center.
