The hotel is superbly located, overlooking the Chapultepec castle and forest. The Front Desk staff is very friendly. My room had a beautiful view, the bed was very comfy. I enjoyed breakfast very much. It really is a highly recommended hotel. Great stay, you rock! Thank you!

Excellent- Very close to the Anthropology Museum, which is in a park twice the size of Central Park in NYC. Not a boutique experience but superb Concierge service and a great respite from the crowds of old MC.

Stayed at the hotel twice in 5 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great. Location is right next to a park.

20230828 1550 floor 4. Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec Figurative words: If you could be arriving at the Earth looking about for her... You could check her position (in that moment; date and time), and discover that we are in the same point of the world (she and her squad) investing time into the elevator. The dream: It was a fast day, in the morning some meetings and conferences... you're learning about dont't forget the key card, headphones, equipment recording, inclusive changing your underwears in the shower. the afternoon are walking so silence. The door of your room was closing after to ensure your routinary checking for don't forget nothing. You're a little frustating because your next conference will start in 10 minutes. and quickly you might get the elevator... but all of them have been up to the top of the place... you lost 60 seconds waiting... your floor is so quiet... but finally one of them was stopping and opening the door while it's sounding its characteristic noise. you're mad... it's so late... And you are looking down to up as a trend in the last hours... In particular. The siluette of the woman is taking shape when the doors are opening so slowly and whole shadows disappear finishing all detail of her picture. First thing... her white socks... and all her outfit black and white... whole those details so slowly and before to discover who has put her presence in front of you... Dream in a dream: [Flashbacks] Some years before... she was playing againts G and H squad... while you watched them fall... (two times in that way). And that person was standing in front of your way before to react and to take your trip... (elevator) She won the top of the world recently... and found you of the bottom of a cold sea... to float on a small piece of wood. (figurative words). It was thanks to their triumph in that far place (WWC 2023). Any way... finally in that moment you were in the same point of that world. Believe me all of them are originals! ⛳🏌️‍♂️

Great hotel, in perfect location, room service is available 24/7 which was nice as we did have late night cravings. One thing, was that the mini fridge is kept locked and you have to call and buy the item you want, then they will open it. I like buying my own snacks and keeping in the mini fridge, so that was the only thing for me. They also give complimentary water bottle.
