The rooms are exactly what you need. Especially if you're not going to spend a lot of time there other than sleeping. The hotel is in a good location and is not too far from the trains. The issue is customer service. My brother came to stop in for a little bit on his way. He was not staying with us. He just wanted to stop in and they gave us tremendous issues even though he wasn't staying. We kept explaining he was not staying with us but they did not speak English and were being difficult. Very disappointing because otherwise it was a great place

This is a good value and convenient hotel close to the station. This hotel has been reviewed badly, but I think people don’t know what to expect from a Paris hotel in this price range. I went with 2 kids. The room was as advertised. It wasn’t dirty. It was quiet (maybe I just got lucky?). It was actually pretty ok for 3-4 people. Bathroom was big. They have a (tiny) elevator too. When I was there they had 24h security at the door. Good stuff within walking distance. Checkout was easy. I’ve stayed in a room for triple the price that was half the quality.

Where to start this review? On entering the hotel we were greeted with a glare and as we tried to explain about checking in and so on it was a bit hard due to the language barrier. Then we got asked if two girls sharing a double bed would be a problem? It’s none of the hotel staff business about guest sharing beds to be honest, and it was extremely rude to be asked that. There was also no explanation about having to hand the room key back in every time you leave the hotel, we basically got shouted at and then eye rolled, as we didn’t understand at first maybe tell your guests that at checking in then. The room itself was ok the light was really dark though compared to the bright light of the bathroom, the bed was super hard and the pillows were just too mushy. The daily room cleaning was a bit off putting, should have an option if you want it cleaned daily or not. You can also hear the people above you showering and anyone and everyone walking down the stairs, so not really much soundproofing. The only thing really good about this hotel is how close it is to the metro lines and the one staff member who was actually polite and respectful. Honestly if you are looking at staying in Paris book somewhere else.

Room was a little cramped for a double bed especially with a sloped ceiling, hit my head and shoulder several times but overall, the hotel and staff are lovely. Wish the cafe was open for more than just breakfast though, a lunch or dinner option would be good as well as maybe room service, even a vending machine with drinks would be good. Definitely going back as it is very nicely located just 10mins from Gare du Norde and only an hours walk to the Eifell Tower and many other sites to see in-between.

I loved staying at this hotel.. This is the perfect location if you are interested in a hotel close to everything including two major train stations. Gare de l'est is steps away and slightly further down the street is Gare de Nord. Train from CDG comes to Gare de Nord. Here you will find great variety of restaurants, cheap eats and other shopping. Grocery store and wine shop is just few steps away. Hotel staff is super friendly and speak French and English and maybe some other languages too. Rooms are comfortable and everything worked in my room. Hair dryer and extra heater/fan was available. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but I only say that because a hundred other options are just outside the hotel and at walking distance in your robe and slippers. This hotel has limited availability of escalator. Limited because its really small and only accommodates two people without their luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at this hotel when I travel to Paris again soon.
