The rooms are not bad, I don't speak English and they are always very helpful, friendly and with a smile. The best thing was a girl who told her to leave my headphones in the room because the location was exact. She went 3 times to check the room and found them. thank you very much for everything❤️

I paid £200 per night at this hotel and it definitely was not worth money. The room was small. The bedding was dirty. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The bed sheet was not fitted. The pillows were small. Our room was never cleaned properly. Breakfast was OK. I don't know why the hot food was served cold. We asked for gluten free bread several times. If it was not something they do, fair enough but staff kept saying "we will get it for you". Eventually on the last day, staff went to the shops across the street to get it when we asked again. I have stayed in much better hotels across capital cities in Europe for half the price. Think twice before you book.

Great hotel for exploring. Nice clean room with rooftop balcony. Quiet room. Well equipped.loved the coffee machine. Comfy bed. Powerful hairdryer. Soon found our way around and didn't need the tram to town centre, but enjoyed the walk in instead.
