My recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The level of service provided was far below expectations, leaving a lasting negative impression. From the moment of check-in, it was evident that the staff lacked the necessary training and commitment to providing a satisfactory guest experience. The front desk personnel were unhelpful and indifferent to my inquiries, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating.

Luxurious ackommodation with highly professional service, located centrally in the old town within close walking distance of essentially everything you might wish for. Helpful staff who assist with practicalities and reservations already prior to arrival, and a very warm welcome on site. Spacious, well adorned rooms with clean bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast and a lovely spa. Perfect for a weekend stay when you wish to spoil yourself and others.
