Writing this review a little late but I wanted to truly extend my deepest thank you to the entire team at the Grand Hotel Lafayette. Every single team member we interacted with was phenomenal! My wife and I were traveling to Europe for the first time and were filled with anxiety and felt very overwhelmed at first. The Grand Hotel Lafayette team was super helpful and helped put us at ease. Everyone spoke English very well and communicated clearly. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's tucked away into a very local part of Paris away from the touristy hustle and bustle, yet still allowed you great accessibility to all parts of the city. Best part of the room was the Mattress!! My wife and I slept like babies after our long days out exploring the city. Also be sure to checkout the restaurant attached to the hotel their food was great!

Really comfortable bed and shower. I wish I had those pillows back at home! The room was very small but as I was travelling solo that was fine for me. Despite being near bars and restaurants it was incredibly quiet too. The staff were really lovely and both check-in and check-out were smoother than ever. I'll definitely be back!

I have not stayed in this hotel but I am a neighbor who has her windows on the terraces of the hotel and I can warn you that there is an incessant noise from an air outlet which overlooks the terraces and which will inevitably prevent you from enjoying the tranquility mentioned in another customer's post. It's an unbearable noise that starts at 5 a.m. and has just been installed for 2 months... be careful

I’ve never had better service at a hotel. My wife got food poisoning and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff stood on hold for an hour to help get a doctor to come see her. They also came up and helped translate for us. Almost all the pharmacies were closed due to it being New Year’s Day. They helped us find one that was open. If we come back to Paris we will stay here again. This is the definition of 5star hotel service at an affordable price.
