Really lovely hotel with great staff. Had seen mixed reviews about this but glad we decided to try it. Greeted on arrival with a welcoming drink then lunch as suitcases taken to our room. Had asked for a quiet room with a balcony and got exactly that- a nice large room with wraparound balcony. Pool area was pleasant and close to the bar which also served lunch, so ideal for lazy days. Plenty of choices for meals (buffet style) and vegetarian options as well. Has a free shuttle bus to take you to Sorrento and back which was very useful but also not far from local bus and train stops and within walking distance to lovely viewing point (with bar).

Stayed all-inclusive for 7 nights, food and drinks were always great, staff were helpful. Front desk people were lovely and always willing to help organise trips to other places, they also offer restaurant bookings and transport for you in some situations. Overall great experience, only negative was that the AC system in our room seemed dated and wasn't working properly throughout our stay. Hotel offers free shuttle into main Sorrento at multiple times of the day and there are a few supermarkets/restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a week. Room - felt like they added a modern bed frame then forgot to upgrade the rest of the room. Our balcony had people’s room fans on it which was a bit Loud in the morning. Hotel - the entrance and the outdoor area of the hotel look great, however the dining room was out dated and looked like it was the hotel from American horror story, Hallways- hallways felt like a maze and were covered a weird wood that made you feel closed in. Staff- the staff were all lovely and friendly, helped when ever we asked. Food - for all inclusive I feel you can’t really expect amazing food, the food when inside wasn’t great but when outside it felt like the choice was a bit better, most the food was cold. But saying that, you’re in Italy, there’s tons of amazing affordable restaurants out. Would I stay again? - for the location / price and the all inclusive drinks yes

Wow. This was a great stay. I only wish I could have taken pictures of the buffet we had each morning and night. The food was on point. One teen in our pilgrimage group mentioned she had never seen so many different kinds of pastries in one place. The rooms are slightly dated but supremely comfortable. We had great views with a balcony looking out. The dining area is an old school 1920s design. It was awesome. The pool area and other sitting areas were comfortable and well setup. The pool was open. It is a close walk into downtown Sorrento too. The staff was attentive and friendly. They were helpful and generous with their time. Honestly, whoever is leading here has created a healthy culture of teamwork and accountability and it shows. I will be back if I make it back to Sorrento someday.
