Had a short but enjoyable 3 night stay. Rooms are spacious (ours had 4 beds!) but unfortunately a strange and unusable location for the balcony overlooking walls and a staff smoking/service location. We never used it once. The view out of the huge two-pane window (photo included) was stunning however and this is where the balcony should be! Food selection was varied and has something for everyone, you would not go hungry. Have to pay for water with evening meal, which was unusual. There was a path past the pool and through their garden, which leads directly to the beach. This was very disappointingly closed and appears to have been that way for some time and for no apparent reason. Needs rectifying. Staff overall were great, no issues at all. Absolutely would stay here again but when building works to annex were completed and beach path opened would be best.

Really nice hotel in a good location with great facilities and attentive staff. The food in the restaurant is very nice and the breakfast is superb. The only small gripes are the air conditioning in the room is next to useless. The bar prices are also very high 5 euros for a small glass of coke and they will not serve tap water with dinner, you have to buy bottled water, this is not really acceptable in the current global climate. Don't let the small complaints put you off as it is a lovely hotel.

Such a disappointment, this is NOT a four star hotel. Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating it should barely rate 2 stars. The amenities are uncomfortable and very dated despite an attempt at recent painting. Unfortunately we find ourselves in beautiful Dubrovnik for 3 days, in a party area in a subpar hotel...... Post note. After speaking with our tour guide and the manager we have been moved to another room. This room would actually rate as a decent 3 star and is much more comfortable despite the leaking toilet and blocked plug drain. We have a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea from our room instead of looking over the car park. Holiday disappointment averted . Tips: Ask for a room facing the sea. Be aware this is not a 4 star hotel. If you want a quiet peaceful and secluded setting you will be disappointed. But if you like a tone of overpriced cafes and shops and crowds of people you are in the right place. One saving grace is the view which is stunning and the staff who have been very helpful.

2nd-3rd October 2023 - This hotel was ideally located for us. Right near the water and not far from a few bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy and had all the conveniences we required. The staff were friendly and the bar in the main foyer was a nice addition. We enjoyed a few drinks here before exploring Dubrovnik. The hotel organised a breakfast bag for us to take with us given we were on an early flight.
