Our room overlooked the clock, which is amazing. It was also very big and clean. It did have negatives. The heating was on far too hot, and we woke up feeling a bit sick. They have some old fashioned looking radiators, so we didn't want to touch them. We ended up opening the window, and we needed an artic blast to cool us down. I like to sit in bed and plug my phone in so I can have a Google map. There were no plug sockets next to the bed. There was no long length mirror. You can have the best view in the world at a hotel but I've stayed in cheaper hotels that have made me more happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the grand hotel praha. The breakfast buffet overlooking the astronomical clock was simply stunning. We looked forward to breakfast everyday. The staff was courteous and helpful with all of our questions. The layout was quirky but we enjoyed its charm

This hotel was incredible. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed more. The staff was my favorite part. Adela at the front desk is EVERYTHING. She could be managing the hotel by herself. She was fun, professional, helpful and overall amazing. I wish she was my best friend haha. Bruno was also incredible. He went all the way out to our car that was parked far away and helped my aunt bring all of our bags and suitcases through town and up to our rooms. He was also so fun and so helpful. Our rooms were incredible and we had an amazing view of old town square. If I ever get the chance to come back to Prague, I will be staying here over and over :)

Thank you for an amazing 3 nights. I stayed in a room with a view of the clock tower and the Old Town Plaza. The room and bathroom was spacious. Bathroom was clean and it had a working towel warmer and this room has robes and slippers provided. Breakfast was great and they didn't have the same ones everyday. You get to eat in front of the clock and also have a view of the other buildings nearby. Customer service was excellent! My flight was early and i left at 3am, and they packed a delicious breakfast sandwich with fruits for 2 to go,and helped us with our luggage. I would stay there again since the location was so central to the main sights.

This place is Grand. The first time we walked into our room we we taken back. If you want to spoil yourself with a beautiful room where the Astronomical Clock is just outside your window. This is the place. Staff and service was great and I do recommend it. Breakfast was good and could pick up a little with some more hot options and pastries and I am sorry, the coffee was not very good. The shortcomings of the room are noticed if you are business person, and need to check things while away you struggled to find a platform with power to work from. The other thing, the bed. Was comfortable but getting out of it was a challenge you didn't need after 4 or 5 beers the night before.. Not trying to be negative on the hotel at all. The shortcomings are made up for by the staff and th hotel location, but mostly the staff.
