Stayed in The Grand Hotel this week. Lovely ‘old world’ vibe to it. Family room was spacious and clean. The room was very hot and turning down the thermostat didn’t seem to help. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from the hotel is stunning…truly an amazingly location. Half board provides a nice breakfast spread. Nice evening meals too although they got a little samey over the 7 days. All in all a lovely stay.

Great hotel in superb location - beside the lake and in the town. Fantastic staff - everyone helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nicely decorated for Christmas - in red and gold. Varied entertainment and activities offered. There are 2 spa areas, the grand spa on 6th floor has spectacular views. Half board includes a varied breakfast, an afternoon snack and dinner. The food is far nicer than the menu describes.

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!! لا انصح ب الفندق من سوء الإدارة و سوء التعامل موظفين المطعم إذا حجزت لا تحجز بفطور عنصريه تعامل سيء جدا من اسوء تعامل في الفنادق الي زرتها موقعه جميل ولكن إدارة سيئه

The best stay I had in austria! The hotel has a unique atmosphere and a great view and hospitality The staff were very friendly and welling to help The room we chose was spacious, clean, had a pleasant smell every time the housekeeping team comes to clean The lake view was very spectacular. We tried the pedal boat and had an amazing experience (it is provided for free) The breakfast was the best! Had a great variety of food and was delicious Disadvantage; No good options for vegetarian at dinner Otherwise it was the best. Highly recommend and would come again.
