Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever! Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We had a problem with the safe in our room upon arrival and it was looked at immediately. We needed a cab for our departure day and they took care of it completely. Our beds were amazing even though the rooms were small we were not in our rooms except to sleep so not a problem. The variety at breakfast was wonderful and the presentation was outstanding. The breakfast staff was so accommodating and welcoming each morning. We were so extremely pleased with our selection of this hotel for our first stay in Paris.

I'd gladly give this hotel 10 stars if I could! The value for a last-minute booking during the peak of summer in Paris was exceptional. The hotel is so reasonably priced that we ended up booking 2 rooms for our family of 3 + a dog. The hotel surpassed our expectations in every way, conveniently situated near numerous restaurants and boutiques without the typical tourist price tag. Rooms are well maintained, very clean, high quality sheets and very specious bathrooms. Don't be deterred by the nearby train tracks; you won't hear the trains with the windows closed. It's worth noting that the trains pass by quietly, and we never experienced any loud sirens. The neighborhood around the hotel is known for many French and Italian restaurants as well as many French clothing boutiques ( all within walking distance) A quick ride from the hotel brings you to the heart of Paris in just 10-15 minutes, and the metro and bus stops are just a short walk away. We felt completely at ease walking our dog late at night—safety was never a concern. The added bonuses of a complimentary freshly cooked breakfast each morning, as well as complimentary coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day, were truly appreciated. Customer service was excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Very highly recommend this hotel, especially if you traveling with kids and pets.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, and it certainly exceeded our expectations! It's in a residential area thus it was quieter and had a neighborhood feel, but still very close to the metro stations. There were numerous places to eat nearby. Booking was seamless, and the hotel staff were all so friendly. We were in a junior suite (one king bed and a twin/sofa bed) which was pretty spacious and very clean. Water was provided in our room every day. The hotel has an elevator and air conditioning. To top it off, our booking included free breakfast which I hadn't come across when looking at other hotels to potential book - there was a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
