Location = Good, Very Near to Gard de Ist Station Service = Good, Receptionist is friendly Rooms = Not bad. Hot water in restroom is available in morning only. Post afternoon no Hot water. Similarly, room heater is switched OFF purposefully during midnight. For Family with Kids very difficult. In short: Go for better reputed/branded hotels nearby.

The hotel is very central to the main train stations (also to Eurostar). It has a 24 hour reception which is super handy if you want to leave your keys. it's very accessible and almost every Metro station is just around the corner. You can walk to all main attractions as Paris is not that big. Our room was absolutely fine, beds made on a daily basis & new towels provided each day. There’s a small elevator that takes you up to your floor. We stayed on the six floor & the view was amazing, we could even see the Eiffel Tower. The room doesn’t have air conditioning however, we had a fan in our room. The hotel was very quiet in the evening/ nighttime. The bathroom was clean and obviously private. I can only recommend this hotel for a city trip. Info: I read that other people mentioned that the area isn’t safe. Obviously this area is close to the main train stations. Such areas can be quite busy and obviously you will bump into people that ask you for money. Obviously there’s nothing wrong about this. If you come from a big city like me you won’t have any issues. There are big high streets that take you to your destination without feeling unsafe/ or getting robbed!

The hotel is very simple and budget friendly. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view over Montmartre as well as the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist is kind and speaks good English. The hotel is located very conveniently next to the train and metro stations.

Isn't even worth a star!!!! Truly the worst experience! Totally ruined our trip to paris. The room had no toileteries and hairdryer (against claimed in the booking app), so we had to ask the recption to give them to us. There's a TV but no remote controle. They didn't even mention wifi access. On the second day, on 1 pm, the cleaning lady started banging on our door, and since we were a second late to respond, she opened the room's door with her own key. On the fourth night (we had no chouce but to stay, since we payed in advance), the heating went off, and no matter how much we negotiated with the recption for a heater, he denied the cold weather of the room on late December! I had already caught a cold and we told him we would have no choice but taking medicines due to the cold room, but he laughed at us. After two hours of constant reminders, at the end he just gave us an extra blanket and denied us a change of room or a refund.
