The hotel has a great location for travelers, and the Saint-Lazare station is just right across the street and has several bus stations too. After reading some reviews, I can say that we got a great room. It had great beds, and the bathroom was okay. Nevertheless, the hairdryer kept turning on every 3 min every day and night. It was really annoying. It smelled kinda weird too. Also, because the hotel is so close to the metro, the room trembles, and it can also be annoying. There were various receptionists who were nice, but an old lady treated us very rude and had cero patience. It left us with a bad experience. If you seek comfort or a 'pretty' hotel, don't go there. The location is the greatest trait of it.

NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Hotel room had a weird smell and the room didnt seem pristine for sure. There was no shower curtain by the tub and the shower head wasn't hung up either so showering was a pain to do. No amenities were provided other than soap. Service was maybe 2/5, asked for a new chair because ours was BROKEN and the broken part splintered (and we were scared to sit on it) and they said they couldn't help me until the next day. When I finally demanded for the chair, he finally said he could give me one right now, not before the receptionist gave it to me and asked me to smile for him?? Wth? Also, if your room is by the street, you'll have a lovely view of the dirty streets and get ready to get awoken in the middle of the night by random people screaming at each other on the street and the trembling of the entire room as the subway runs right under your room. Don't go here, choose somewhere else instead.

We stayed at the hotel from 11th-12th August. Overall, the stay was ok. Some cons: - We forgot two clothing items at the hotel after check out, and upon contacting them, the hotel didn’t show any attempt to help and just proclaimed the items lost. So beware, this hotel hasn’t any lost and found section. Look after your items since they are most likely to vanish after check out. - The room was not good for its price. The hotel doesn’t even closely resemble a 3 star hotel. Also, its coloring was more of a depressing vibe and didn’t make you feel in Paris at all. The view wasn’t on the city. - There were odd, huge, brown stains on the wall which showed even more how unclean the room was. Some pros: - It has a great location steps away from Saint Lazare station, which is a huge positive for travelers and tourists. - Nabil, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful.

I mean look, you get what you pay for. It's definitely not a 4 star establishment. It's cheap and it shows. The location is its best feature. The staff are curt and polite. The bathrooms are old but clean (only a tub with a movable shower head extension) and the walls are relatively thin. The room was cold (I stayed here in March but the bed was warm enough, though not necessarily comfortable) and only included one place to plug in right by the door (no where near the "desk" area). I wouldn't bring someone I love here and I'd like to avoid staying here again if possible, but it was clean and cheap, and if I had to stay again it wouldn't be the end of the world.
