Our dining experience at the Grand Hyatt Hotel's (Asmahan’s seafood night) was amazing, earning a resounding five stars. As a group of six, we were immensely impressed with the variety and quality of the offerings. The seafood, undoubtedly fresh and flavorful, was the centerpiece of the buffet. I half-expected a mermaid to pop up and claim it back :p. The live stations of fish were a treat, offering us the chance to have our selections cooked to order, just the way we wanted them. This personalized approach enhanced our dining experience significantly. In addition to the seafood, the variety of other foods was remarkable. The steak, chicken, mixed grill, and pasta sections were equally impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes, ensuring that everyone at our table, whether seafood enthusiasts or not, found something to relish. The dessert selection, provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to our meal. From fresh fruits to a modest array of oriental and international sweets, it rounded off the dining experience beautifully. Special recognition goes to Ahmad for his exceptional service, always with a smile, adding warmth to our celebration, especially for my niece's birthday. In summary, this sea food night with its wide array of seafood, live cooking stations, and a diverse selection of other cuisines, it's a perfect spot for groups and families looking for a great dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit, and maybe explore staying at the hotel to extend the delightful experience. Thanks

I had some business meetings at this hotel & had to change clothes in between. As I was not staying at the hotel, I did not have my own room. Amal, at the Grand Hyatt, came to my rescue. She provided me with the space I needed to properly refresh & change. She was a life saver. The customer service, overall, is excellent at this hotel.

Staying for 4 nights .. poor experience this time although it is my 4th or 5th stay .. level of service is degraded in my opinion compared with stays before . I received several annoying reminders by putting written paper messages under my both rooms doors reminding for leaving at 12.00 pm !! They claimed that it is because of high occupancy although we are in the middle of the week! And I can still see room availability in the web site. This early check out interrupt my family plan for any possible stay extension. Front desk experience is bad as well during check out as they are repeating same messages with no apologies!. My full feedback about this stay will be shared as well with Hyatt global to help in improving the service to the desired level for customer satisfaction.

Staying at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but offered a variety that satisfied every palate. The well-equipped gym made staying active a pleasure. The room was a haven of comfort, and the attention from the management and staff truly elevated my stay. ((# Ahmed Sbehat#)) , the manager, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service. The overall environment exuded sophistication and warmth, creating a memorable stay. Grand Hyatt Al Khobar has set a new standard for hospitality in my book. Looking forward to returning and relishing the excellence once again!

Exceptional Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar for more than 100 days , and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel's luxurious ambiance and modern amenities truly exceeded my expectations. The staff at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar specially Mr. Carlo, Bir, Dipendra, mishab, Hemanta, Rofik and Jibin were exceptional in every way. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist with recommendations for local attractions and dining, ensuring a memorable visit. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the comforts one could desire. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and providing a well-stocked minibar added to the overall comfort of my stay. Dining at the hotel's breakfast was a culinary delight. The diverse menu options catered to various palates, and the quality of the food was consistently impressive. The staff in the dining areas were courteous and attentive, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.
